*Antique French Louis XVI Armoire/Bookcase/Cabinet Mahogany

This armoire is from France and it dates to the late 1800's. The cabinet is made from solid mahogany and veneered Birdseye maple finished to a warm dark color. This cabinet is very solid and strong with intricately carved doors. There are two shelves on the inside that are adjustable. There is a key for the doors and that lock works. However, the key for the drawers is only meant as a pull handle. Note that there are chips in the armoire, missing pieces of trim and a couple of woodworm holes (see photos). There is also a crack in the back panel that has been repaired. Overall is in very good antique condition. Dimensions: 90.75" high, 53" wide and 23.5" deep. The shelves are 46" wide and 17" deep.
